Ironside & Associates worked with a client as a consultant to oversee a systems integration project as well as hire additional resources. Through talent assessment, we were able to promote from within to a director level and associate level. When the systems integration project became a larger project than the client originally anticipated, we utilized additional resources such as interns, a staffing firm and additional vendors to ensure a successful transition.
