Ironside & Associates has had the pleasure of working with a social concerns company for over 8 years as a consultant. Recently, the founders decided to step out of the day-to-day operations and hired a new VP of Operations. To assist this next phase of growth, we were tasked with working with them on executive consulting, leadership facilitation, and operational best practices. Through our leadership facilitation services, we worked with the new leader to develop content for the annual retreats and conferences as well as improving several HR practices.
